In v.86 of gMS, we are getting the Golden Temple. I’m not sure if it is permanent or if it is just an event. So far, it seems like an event because of the daily quests and the cash shop items to go inside.
The Golden Temple is good for training and for the new boss, Ravana which gives a new +18 to all stat helm.
Here is how to get to the common area for this new place.
Simply click the dimensional mirror in any town to go directly to the golden temple.
The map should look like this.
To enter the mirrored side, go through the portal on the right. It is a not a normal portal, but one of those yellow circle ones.
From here, you can reach any of the dungeons. The different dungeons are Monkey Temple, Goblin Cave, and Ravana’s Sanctuary.
These are the different dungeons and the different levels that each player should go to.
To enter each dungeon, you will need a Golden Ticket 
or a Premium Golden Ticket
. Each Golden Ticket allows one entry into one dungeon in the Golden Temple. You will be kicked out after 30 minutes. The Premium Golden Ticket allows access for one hour.
The Ravana Boss’s Sanctuary requires 5 Sunbursts
. These are dropped from monsters inside the dungeons. Each time you enter, you will need another 5 sunbursts. If you leave mid-battle, you will lose the sunbursts.
When you first talk to Mr. Yoo who is at the Golden Temple main map or when you click the light bulb above your head, you will receive one Golden Ticket. After the first time, you can complete a daily quest to receive more tickets. Simply kill monsters til you gather 10 Golden Ticket Pieces 
. This quest grants you one Golden Ticket and this quest can only be done once per day. You can gather many tickets and not use them.
So, there are a total of 14 different dungeons. The mirror mode dungeons are the same as the regular mode look wise and spawn wise. However, the monsters are much stronger. The level of a monster doesn’t affect how quickly the sunbursts drop. These are the different dungeons.
Also, only one person can go into a dungeon. You are not allowed to go into a dungeon with party members.

Now for the Ravana Boss. If you have collected 5 sunbursts, you can fight the boss. There are 4 different levels of the boss for different level characters. I am not sure the level ranges, but I will guess and give you the stats of each.
Any time during the boss fight, you may leave by talking to Pong. 
Update (6/23/10): To fight the boss, you need to collect 5 sunbursts and you enter through the golden dome portal. When you enter, you will be sent to the Sanctuary Entrance. There, you can make parties. It is simply a open room with no monsters. There are two portals, one to go out, and one to the Ravana sanctuary.
To enter the sanctuary, you must be in a party of at least 2 people. Also, if there is no one to go with you, you can change channel, go into cash shop, mts or even log out without getting teleported out. When you come back, you will still be at the sanctuary and your sunbursts would not have been wasted. After killing the boss, you will be sent back to the Golden Temple main map.

You receive one of these chaos scroll after completing the “Eliminate Ravana” quest. You simply start the quest and kill the Ravana to complete this quest.

to go to mirror side you need to go completely right or almost and you can see a circle of teleport appear. click to teleport and that teleport you to the mirror side

Now i’m grateful for the recent rollback on GMS (and subsequent extension of Golden Temple). I got my helm as a lvl 70 Aran along with another member of our guild’s alliance, a lvl 82 Evan (We had 10 sunburst each, so we did it twice).
She got a 19/19/18/19, and i got a pure 18 one, should i add that this boss is easy if you are carefull when he gets you down to 1/1, he does low DMG, higher than BPQ,but very bearable. 2k HP pots are adviced!

I don’t understand, why do the lvl 70 Strong Stone Goblin give less exp than the regular one, but it has better stats?

if you got a level 75 aran and a level 80 chief bandit what level ravana would we have to kill and on what side, mirror or the regular side.
Kill regular side. Also, you might want one or two more members to make sure you are successful.
Why would the helm be 70+ if people under 70 can fight it…….
Same thing with scar/targ helms too i believe… use scissors to trade? And you can i think you just need sunbursts… which you can start getting at level…43 or something. Sooo yeah… :/?
The reverse Red Goblins and reverse Strong Stone Goblins are really bad. It’s better to kill normal Strong Stone Goblins until you can kill reverse Blue Goblins.

The Golden Temple is only an event. I think it will dissapear after next patch. If not, that would be great 😀

You could wait at channel 1 until someone else also needs a partner.
Lolol, I just ended up going with a level 60 with the deal that I’d get the helm and he’d get any scrolls it dropped.
Does it matter which side you fight Ravana? Normal side or Mirror side?
I mean the level of the Ravana we ought to fight at our levels if it matters which side we enter the temple
Without thinking both my friend and I went in the Temple on the normal side (lv 140 and lv 167).
We killed it and got 1 helm drop, a card and 2 scrolls.
I kinda find it weird that there is suppose to be 4 different Ravanas but reading the comments from previous people they could bring in a low level character together with a high level.
It might be random like the Pirate Boss in Pirate PQ. There is a chance to fight each boss but they might each have different drop rates, etc.

I got a Ravana Helm, which was 18 Str 19 Int 18 Dex 18 Luk. I used a Ravana scroll which made it 15 Str 18 Int 18 Dex 19 Luk.
Also, about the sunbursts, I found one in the first 30mins on 2x, 3 on the second 30mins on 2x and one in the last on 1x.
What is his damage range and can he dispel/stun/ 1/1? (Highest level Ravana)
The highest level one only deals like 2-3k damage. It really is a pretty weak boss.
For the wild monkey the exp increases as you level becasue when i was 20 they have 70 exp

I don’t think so. With just one mistake, one of you could die. Also, you only have 20 minutes to kill it and including time to pick up the drops…. I would get at least 2 more people but they may loot. Maybe get a high level to go with you. Possibly a guildie or friend.
Hey, can you battle the level 60 ravana if you are level 60? Or do you have to be level 59 or under?

I don’t think there is ever a 100% drop rate for the helm. I killed one before and no helm dropped and I am fighting the highest level one.
Hi I was wondering for the Level 60 Ravana, how much damage does it do? I’ve finally collected 5 sunbursts and I want to fight it with my level 53 Nightwalker. I do about 1-2k damage per star with lucky seven so will I be able to fight it? I have 1700 hp.
You cannot enter the ravana by yourself, you need a partner. Remember to get alot of 2K hp pots,
you by yourself wont be able to defete it
Yes I know that you require a partner to fight Ravana. So at my current state I won’t be able to defeat him? Would I be able to do it if I leveled up to level 60?
Probably not alone. Either get a full party of people near your level or get a high level to help you. Remember, there is a time limit of 20 minutes to kill the boss. So you basically have 19 minutes if you also want the reap the rewards.
I done ravana few hours ago.
When you enter the golden temple you get to somekind of waiting room, you cannot enter the ranava alone!
I enterd with lvl 145 aran (im lvl 76 aran), after you have a party of at least 2 men you go in and you have 20 minutes to kill ravana.
It doesnt dmg over 2k hp but it has an attack that leaves you 1hp so you should have some power elixirs.
In the end it drops hat money foods and bookmonster card.

Before you go in remember to take a quest from this guy which his name i forgot, the monk with green robe next to the golden temple entrace, he will tell you to kill 1 ravana. after killing it he will give you a ravana hat chaos scroll, it increase or decrease all stats by 1-5.

Higher level has higher chance. I’ve heard the 8mil HP (lvl 140) Ravana drops it very often, but this may be speculation. Source is from KMS players :S so this could be untrue for GMS.
Well, usually gMS and kMS have very similar releases, so it is probably true.

No.
Does it matter if I kill red, blue or stone goblin in order to get sunbursts?
No. I ussually kill the highest level one though.

I think so. However, the dungeons must be done alone. Also, the Ravana boss is glitched at the moment, so you can’t go in at all.

PoT are Pieces of Time. They don’t have anything to do with Golden Temple. Draz just said that to make a comparison.
People ussually say you get 1-2 sunbursts every 30 minutes on 1x drop.
I enterd the dungeon 4 times, 1 time per day.
Every time i got 1 sunburst.
On the third time i found sunburst when less then 90secs passed, on the fourth time i found sunburs when less then 20secs left.

Where were you training? Because sunbursts only drop from Goblin Cave. They do not drop in Monkey Temple dungeons.

Well, the monsters there have a very high exp rate. Also, you cannot go into the dungeons in a party, they must be entered alone.

Atm, the Ravana is glitched. For some reason no one can enter the sanctuary, so I don’t know the damage. Also, you lose the sunbursts once you go in, so if you d/c, log out, or decide to leave you will not get the sunbursts back.

I believe you do. I think you lose normal exp.

I think you have to be alone. Also, are you in the mirrored side or not? Because you are over the normal side “limit”. Otherwise, take a ss of what it says and I’ll probably be able to find out.
can a lvl 72 cheif bandit solo ravana with meso explosion?
Probably. However, it’s only a few mil HP which actually isn’t much. Also, you will have to waste quite a lot of mesos. I would probably just use attacking skills.

I’m not sure right now, I haven’t collected enough sunbursts to do it atm, but I believe it is solo.
Actually its not a solo thing, you can do it in a party but they have to be in the same level Ravana you are. like the lvl 60 group, lvl 90 group and so on
